3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Service Guarantees

We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Window King's liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services rendered. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to all areas requiring service. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe. Customers are responsible for moving valuable or fragile items away from work areas.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Window King and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Privacy
