At Window King, we take pride in delivering high-quality window cleaning and exterior maintenance services. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we want to hear from you.

2. Quality Assurance

We perform a thorough inspection of all work before leaving your property. However, if you notice any issues with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address any areas that did not meet our standards at no additional charge.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service was not performed as scheduled without proper notification
  • Duplicate charges were applied
  • Payment was made for services that were subsequently not rendered
  • Pre-authorized recurring service cancellation requests

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the original service date. Include your name, service date, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already completed to satisfaction
  • Requests made more than 30 days after service
  • Services affected by customer-caused circumstances
  • Pre-existing damage or conditions

7. Cancellation Fees

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee helps cover the time and resources allocated to your service.

8. Recurring Service

For customers on recurring service plans, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 7 days notice. No refunds will be provided for partial periods already paid, but service will continue through the end of the billing cycle.
